Our Story
Blazen Performing Arts Academy Inc. was birth out of the vision to help youths discover and explore their talents in various art forms, while developing their knowledge in the word of God.

Tamala Ngwang - Founder & Artistic Director, was exposed to the performing arts from an early age. She developed her skills in dancing, poetry, acting and drumming through her involvement in various youth programs. This led to her creating and overseeing many performing arts group within a number of churches and the community.
Behind the Name
Blazen in Croatian means "blessed". Not only is every youth blessed with a talent, Blazen Performing Arts Academy Inc. gives youths the platform to become a blessing to others.

Blazen is also a play on the word blazing. Each art when performed will not only capture your attention, but Christ will shine through it.
